3. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours
4. If approved, we will offer repair / replacement / store credit, depending on the situation

● If the product can be repaired, we will arrange for pickup or guide you to ship it to us
● If the product is not repairable, we will send a brand-new replacement
● The process can take 7–14 working days after the product is received at our service center
